Whether a residential, commercial or educational project, Nativo, LLC’s reputation stems from long term relationships with their Clients, Architects and Governmental Funding Agencies as well as routinely being able to creatively sole problems should they arise during a construction project.

Through its full Architectural and General Construction services, Nativo, LLC provides you with expert skills and coordination experience during every facet of construction that will ensure a successful project. Each project is analyzed and broken down to match the ideal staff, subcontractors and vendors that can be beneficial to your project.
Architecture services are devoted to the development and perfection of technical skills to discover new spatial relationships for the redefinition of architectural elements and spaces. Typical projects utilize Site/Building Evaluations and Feasibility Studies, Programming and Planning, Conceptual Design, Architectural/Sustainable Design and Details, Construction drawings, and Construction Management.
General Construction services ensure that you will receive the highest standard of quality at the most competitive prices. Experienced and dedicated construction teams manage all phases of your construction project from pre-construction to project completion and final close-outs. Nativo, LLC utilizes three phases of construction: Pre-Construction, Construction Coordination, and Project Completion.
SUSTAINABILITY
As a member of the United States Green Building Council, and with Vincent S. Nativo being a LEED Accredited Professional and Green Advantage Certified, Nativo, LLC’s goal is to help you achieve the optimal balance of sustainability and operational efficiency, and act as your guide through the complicated decisions of sustainable building.
In 2008, Nativo, LLC completed a Commercial Interior renovation consisting of converting two stories in an existing warehouse, totaling 15,000 square feet, into the new headquarters for the Brooklyn Center for the Urban Environment. This project was registered with the USBC for a LEED-CI Gold Rating, but the organization has since closed its doors due to this unstable economy and the final USGBC submissions were never completed.
On April 9, 2012, two residences that were completed by Nativo, LLC a year earlier for Heartshare Human Services of NY was certified as LEED FOR HOMES – GOLD. The project consisted of converting an existing convent into a new residence for Autistic children on the 1st and 3rd floors.
